Bauhaus-Schachfiguren | Original Bauhaus Modell fountain pen The individual basic shape standsThe Bauhaus Chess is a design icon created by Josef Hartwig in 1924. Instead of figurative representations, the pieces made of maple wood focus on clear shapes like cubes and spheres, which symbolize their moves and values. The 32 precisely crafted pieces come in an elegant beech wood case. A matching chessboard is available separately.
